  3. Optional Run Programming & Hybrid Coaching
    Want to sign up for a race or incorporate running into your routine? Or balance multiple fitness goals? Our hybrid coaching lets you combine weight training with running or any other activity, creating a balanced fitness plan that suits your lifestyle.

  4. Mindfulness Practices
    Weekly prompts for self-care, gratitude, and mindfulness. These practices will help you stay centered and focused, making it easier to balance within fitness with mental and emotional well-being.

    At SM we celebrate small wins and understand how they change the game and HOW you feel. You’ll receive guidance on how to celebrate small victories—whether that’s hitting your daily step goal or tips and tricks to feel more energized & motivated. These wins will help you move toward your bigger fitness and wellness goals.

    Nutrition is a key part of any fitness journey, so we will work on fueling for performance and establishing healthy habits that help you feel great. You’ll receive practical tips and goal-setting support to help you make nourishing choices that support your training and overall well-being.

This is a hands-on coaching experience designed for those who are determined and ready to commit to their fitness journey. With weekly check-ins, tailored programs, and full access to the Somewhere Mindful coaching app, you’ll have everything you need to stay on track and crush your goals. This option is for those on a mission, whether you're training for strength, endurance, or a total lifestyle transformation. If you’re ready to hit the ground running, this is your next step to greatness!
Options begin at $165 p/month!

Plan only

This is a personalized upfront coaching plan designed for the go-getter who wants a structured road map to success. Whether you’re working on a hybrid, weight training, running, or triathlon training program, you’ll receive a tailored plan with monthly check-ins to keep you accountable and progressing. While there’s no app access with this plan, it’s perfect for those who prefer the independence of tracking their progress themselves but still want expert guidance along the way. Plans begin at $100 per month w/ 3 month minimum.

Monthly Coaching

For the independence seeker who thrives with a bit more flexibility, monthly coaching provides you with a personalized program, monthly check-ins, and access to the Somewhere Mindful app for ongoing support. This plan offers a bit more autonomy while still providing the structure and guidance needed to stay on track. Perfect for those who are motivated but value a lighter touch in accountability. 3 Month min. and plans begin at $125 p/month
