At Somewhere Mindful we do both.
We know that to enjoy the fullness of life, a balance of many things is required. More often than not, we find ourselves busy, out of touch, and disconnected from ourself and the healing that comes from nature, playfulness, and the adventure of experiencing new things. So whether it’s a retreat, yoga training, one-to-one personal training, or personalized run coaching, we have you covered. It’s a unique mix, not quite here or there, yang or yin, but - somewhere mindful.
